We successfully managed diverse projects across the United States, the UK, and Canada, leveraging both Agile and Waterfall methodologies for one of the world’s largest audit firms. Our responsibilities encompassed running large-scale software, voice, video, and mobility projects, where we drove all phases of the development lifecycle. This involved expertly coordinating virtual teams located across the globe, including in the United States, India, and Uruguay, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution. We consistently managed our agile teams by effectively utilizing user story backlogs, sprints, agile estimates, and delivering prototypes, all while fostering innovation through engaging brainstorming sessions.
Our commitment to excellence resulted in a high rate of client satisfaction after the completion of each project. Notably, we introduced the foundational elements to transition from traditional Waterfall projects to a more agile Scrum framework within one of the largest worldwide corporations, marking a significant step towards modernizing their development processes.
